It's all about SERVICE

I work with the primary activity girls (ages 8 thru just b4 they turn 12). Nov/Dec 2008 we worked on a service project and made two quilts. We made a quilt for a girl and the one pictured here is the one for a boy. The quilts were donated to the local shelter for families. The girls worked hard and learned skills and were excited to do service for others in need. In total we had about 15 girls working on this project. They drew the pictures on the squares with fabric pens and they tied the quilt together. Lots of fun!!!

That is a fun service project. I have always wanted to learn how to tie a quilt together. You must be a fun leader to have, lucky girls.

That's so fun and neat. You must be a great leader and example to those girls!
